Don't know what kind of disease, but pain on lower back is keep on shifting from right to left. And also IBS is high. Please suggest a test to check. Is bowel cleansing is good to health ? And legs are paining a lot. Some times I feel heavy while walking for a while.

You need to visit a doctor and get yourself examined If pain is more in morning with stiffness then should be seen by a rheumatologist
