Pain on left side

I take semaglutide. Taking from past 6 months. Whenever I eat spicy food I get vomiting and diarrhoea . Also pain in left side moving backwards. Is it normal?

Hello ...The semaglutide is an GLP 1 agonist drug...The main side-effects of this drug is Gastro intestinal issues... So avoid spicy oily foods, eat slowly , bland diet...The symptoms usually subsides ...if persists do a USG abdomen and hav to consult....
