Pain near the heart area

For last few days my wife is having pain on top of left breast and the area around it. It's like a moving pain but around the same area. There is no lump as such

Hello, This pain looks more like a muscular pain rather than heart related pain. Try some basic analgesic at home and if symptoms persist het an ecg done Take care
