Pain near down my back

Pain in down and near my back. Does not pain continously nor on touching. It just happens while sitting straight .It happens abruptly at any time. It is on the left side down near my back bone.

consult an Ortho surgeon. it maybe a postural issue or cervical spondyliris. you may require an X-ray and physiotherapy.
