Pain lower right abdomen

Pain in lower right abdomen. It's just below the waist line. It is a not sharp, but its a continuous cramp. It's felt more when I sit on chair. And comparatively less while standing or laying straight. It's about 5 days since am getting this. And this mild cramp this is really irritating. Kindly suggest.
