I have slip disc level l4-5 compressing right nerve disffuse posterior bulge ..but at starting i have pain from buttock to down leg right side...but now i have pain front thaise to down leg when i walk...why not in buttock.. i have attached my report

Compression of nerve root in lower lumbar spinal segments can manifest as sciatica pain which can extend from thigh to foot. If no red flag signs like loss of bowel/bladder control/weakness of limbs/sensation present, it could be managed conservatively, especially for the first episode.
