Pain just below knee

Just fall from bike, Having pain in knee. Not continuous but when I put steps especially while walking I put left leg forward and weight of whole body goes on right leg.

Hello! If you have had a fall within the last three days, then apply ice to the area that you are having pain. Icing should be done for 10-15 mins in that area every 3-4 hours. This can be done for the next 3 days.
Next Steps
After that your pain and swelling will come down. If the pain persists, please see your physiotherapist
