Pain in Wrist while movement

There is mild pain in my right wrist for past 2 weeks. If the hand is kept straight, I dont feel any pain. But when I bend my hand forward (picture attached) or lift something at unusual angles, it hurts at the joint between arm and hand (towards thumb side) I even tried icing and volini... It doesn't seem to go away.

I think hand and wrist are complex areas and you have done the right thing. However in hand particularly you need a face to face clinical  examination and proper area of pain need to be localised for appropriate x-rays to be done. Please see a orthopaedician
