Recently I tried to force a thick bangle through my hand and since then my right hand( inside of palm ) is hurting. It only hurts while trying to lift something, closing doors , opening lid of a bottle. Doesn't hurt while typing,.the pain comes like a severe jolt which subsides in a while. What could be the reason and remedy for the same?
