Pain in Wrist

Location of Pain: RIGHT ARM'S WRIST (other side of palm)- CARPAL BONES REGION - RIGHT ABOVE THE BULGING BONE IN EVERYBODY'S WRIST. While doing some pull-&-push exercise 100 days ago I got some pain in this location. It would pain (1) when the wrist would twist in some particular manner/angle or (2) when I press the location myself, but not on its own. I thought it would go away with time but it has been 100 days and it's still there. It's neither increasing nor decreasing. Moreover I never got any swelling either. I'm very confused about the kind of pin it is. KINDLY HELP ME.

It's a stress injury to this part...the features you 've put forward are very suggestive...good thing it will go with activity prevention and physiotherapy..I don't think pain killers will be needed much...only SOS basis
