Pain in wrist and finger tips

I am experiencing some pain in my left hand for the past two weeks. It is mostly centered in my wrist and finger tips. It feels like the pain is in the bone. The pain is internal and I haven't had any injury. For the past two days the intensity of pain has been getting growing.
