Pain in wrist and ankles

Sir/Madam, My wife was having pain in the wrist and ankles for the last 25 days. Generally it was more painful during the morning after getting away from bed. Please consult and guide me, what should i do to recover from this pain. Shall i do some morning exercise or shall i conduct some blood tests? Please guide me, please help me.

Get these blood tests done: 1. Thyroid profile . 2. ESR 3. Calcium 4. KFT Can take  tab zerodol twice in a day for 3 days . After that treatment will continue according to the report. Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
