Pain in upper right back shoulder
Hi, I have pain in right upper back shoulder. It started from shoulder blade. I have been trying home remedies hot packs and omnigel. But the pain is still continuing. It's been almost 2 months.
Can you suggest any other solution for pain relief.

Hi,
Just get your vitamin d and b12 levels checked. I think they are low that's why you are not healing.
If low take injections for supplement. Your pain will go once your body starts it's healing process.
Meanwhile use heat packs and apply diclo gel.
It will take a week after your 1st injection for your pain to start reducing
