My mother in law is having pain in upper left back and middle of chest from yesterday. She is sweating a lot for some time. Numbness and pain in the left hand. Not able to sleep. No difficulty in breathing. What could be the reason?

Take her to nearest hospital and get ECG and Echo done. Visit a cardiologist as soon as possible.
