From last one week, I have pain in my upper back, shoulder and neck. It has now moved to the back of my skull and is causing headache. I am taking painkillers but not much relief. It is subsiding for sometime but again coming back. What should I do? I have no another symptoms.

If there is no cervical pain going to your hands... It may be just muscular pain... But proper examination is important to rule out any neurological deficit and spine compression signs.
