I am in typhoid recovery phase, improved weakness, increased appetite and indigestion so far and still under going. 3 days back Suddenly after taking bath I got right neck pain which increased and started pain in trapezious near right neck, rear shoulder and below rear shoulder area and slight effectiveness but no pain was in upper backs right side of spine and upper chest. All muscles started pain within 15 minutes and remained in pain for more than 2 hours, later I took a dynaper tab,and  after 15 minutes I felt relief from pain and then I took rest for 2 hours in noon. I still have heaviness in those muscles. Unfortunately same happened today with my left side upper back below shoulder but neck is OK. It started affecting when I was taking breakfast. Can anyone suggest me what should I do for that. I take medicine when it pains but it happened second time. I want to get rid of these muscle pains. Please suggest something, I wont be able to chat in private. Please help me.
