Pain in upper abdomen,

Patient has pain in upper abdomen(left hand side) since last 10 days. He also complains like some swelling is there . pain has been reduced using colspa and vibact DS tab. but the skin burning sensation above affected area still persists. Please advice me what to do. Patient has a history of diabetes, but no BP/thyroid problem.

Get  your blood sugar levels checked and also Vit B12.  Deficiency of Vit B12 can cause burning sensation in the skin. Do the tests and see your doctor with the reports.
