Pain in tip of the penis

I am having some pain in the top of the penis for few months. I have already done ultra sonography in the pelvic area & urine test but nothing is wrong on those reports. There is no bruise, no spot in the area. I only feel the pain in certain times. It is very irritating please help me out suggest me whom to consult.

hey, if its not infection , no spots , rashes , ulcers ,could be due to trauma consult surgeon .........
