Pain in throat while swallowing

Since last 3-4 days I am experiencing pain kn throat while swallowing anything be it water or solid food. I had tonsils problem in past and I am thinking its the same. Can anyone advice me the same and also medicines if possible?

If you have large tonsils n frequent problem please check with ENT for surgery. Do povidine iodine gargle regularly
