Pain in the upper back

I have been experiencing pain in the upper back near the shoulder blades on the right side of spine and right side of my neck. I have started experiencing the pain since I joined my latest job which requires 7-8 hrs of sitting in front of computer. I have shown it to few physiotherapists but nothing helped.
