Pain in the stomach

There is a consistent pain in the stomach, right under the bellybutton. Since the last three days I have gone for stool three times( once a day), each time it pains really bad in the stomach when i am passing the stool, similar to a cramp, and i get goosebumps with it, pain remains the entire day, but highest when pooping. Kindly help
