Hi, you might require removal of impacted tooth to facilitate proper harmony. X ray examination is must. Visit consultant MaxilloFacial Surgeon Regards

first u need xray diagnosis then if tooth is infected u hv two options one is extraction other is root canal treatment .  if not infected just a filling may do the job if done properly .

Your wisdom tooth is badly decayed and reqs extraction. The adjacent tooth should be checked for any cavity. Get an X-ray done and your dentist will do the needful
