Hello! Do you remember being injured? If not, do you spend long hours standing?
For pain, you could do a contrast bath of hot and cold water. Dip your foot in cold and hot water alternatively for two minutes each.
This should ease your symptoms.
Using a gel heel pad may also help you prevent another such episode. Consult a doctor in case pain doesn't fade away.
