Pain in the cervical area

I have a constant Pain in between the neck area and shoulder. I had undergone treatment from a physiotherapist since last 9 month still no better results are found yet. I need a solution

You need to visit a physiotherapist.. But you can get an MRI done first.
Next Steps
Physiotherapy.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +exercises(strengthening +stretching) will be helpful... Exercises are very important.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting +no forward bending +no weight lifting +avoid cold exposure +no manual exertions +no long travelling +no computer /table work.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

The could be arising from wear and tear of the neck vertebrae or incorrect posture or from weaker muscles. You need to see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment and investigations as appropriate.
