Regular pain in testicle, earlier it was in left testicle now right testicle causing pain. two years before diagonised with varicocele, it gives so much depression

Pain in testes can be due to many reasons like infection, local skight torsion, or skin conditions. If you have varicoelr it may cause dragging sensation and heaviness.

The best person to get help from is urologist. So meet a,nearby Urologist and see his evaluation. The doctor will examine you and if required ask you to do some tests like scrotal doppler to find out the varicosity in the veins. If mild one need not worry. wearing a supporter is all that is needed. But if varicocoele is moderate or severe it may need surgery
