Hi, I am suffering with pain in both testicles if i wear underwear if I remove underwear then it's okay Can you people suggest me wat I have to do

Got ur pain, but in reproductive age its matter of urgency, though u won't find serious but let ur surgeon make sure it. Possible causes may range from straining stool or jerky movements take care
