Hello I am feeling pain in my testicles, I am bit overweight. Felling pain in surrounded area too. What may be the reasons want to do check up.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. pain in the testicle could be due to trauma, epidydymorchitis, testicular torsion, scrotal dermatitis. It will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation and treatment. For now you can take paracetamol 650mg for pain and use lukewarm water for washing your genitals.
