Pain in teeth

My lower 2nd molar was extracted five months ago. But some time pain occur in gum of extracted tooth area. Also feel toothed in 3rd and 1st molar.Implant of tooth is required?. 0r cap in three teeth is other solution. I fear about cap in three teeth done original teeth weak. Guide me sir.

Hello, No doubt go for implants. See you can opt for bridge also but as the molars are the tooth which bear heavy masticatory force bridge will not be that efficient and as implant are placed inside the bone it can bear those force more efficiently.

Implant would be better option provided it can be done Which would depend on following factors like nerve not close, enough bone etc for which you would need xrays..if your adjacent teeth are healthy and u go for bridge then u would be compromising on their tooth structure. So in my opinion go for implant if it can be done

Hi ! I would suggest you go with implant as your age also seems to be less . In case of bridge you have to  compromise with tooth structure and vitality of adjacent teeth.
Next Steps
visit near by dentist and get an xray done and check for cause of pain if any stumps are left over and also bone quality to go ahead with implant .
