You are most likely suffering from coccydynia. Make sure you sit absolute straight with taking complete support of your chair and bend a slight few degree forward, that will help you relieve pain. As suggested Coccyx cushion can be added with pelvic floor exercises.
Next Steps
Try to adjust the sitting posture.
Health Tips
Dont use hard plank for sitting.

3 main steps that will not only help relieve the pain but also treat it permanently. 1. Donut / Coccydynia cushion 2. Sitz bath 3. Pelvis floor exercises. Lastly, take over the counter pain medications and avoid sitting on hard surfaces

Likely coccydynia. Use a donut cushion, avoid prolonged sitting, do pelvic floor exercises, and get an X-ray of the coccyx if symptoms persist.
