I have been experiencing pain in the right side shoulder area for about 3 months.The pain sometimes move in the region.it increases if i do heavy activity with the hand, also the muscle in the area feels tired if i keep on doing something for too long.I had a x-ray done.The bones in the area are fine.Now i have noticed a hadr small lump in collar
