I am having pain (burning sensation) in shoulder, neck and chest. This problem is there from past 1 week. What may be the issue, please help me.

Burning sensation in chest is may be due to gastritis and it can be relieved by taking medication tab pantocid dsr once before food in morning for 5 days and burning sensation in which shoulder needs to be specified for further advice??
