I feel severe pain in my right shoulder blade after 3 or 4 hours of sleeping. It has been 5 days now and I can't lie down when pain is happening. I have to stand up and walk for ease. I don't have stomach problems. I took some pain relief tablet but it is not that much helpful but it decreases the intensity of pain and I can sleep for while. Please advise
