Since 4 months pain. Took inj. Defomedral on Feb 24. Pain still there. I am a teacher handling primary. On ayurvedic medicine now since 2 months.

basti karma followed by abhyan,swedan is very effective in all type of pain. consult nearest panchkarma physician. avoid curd,tomto,bakery,frozen items,cold air. aply sesame oil on all body then shower with luke warm water. for more details u r welcome www.facebook.com/shashwatayurvedam
