She has pain in Right underarm for a week. Due to pain, she has mild fever as well. We does not find the reason for the pain. No skin allergies, reddish patches in the pain area. No more throat infection, cold etc.,   Because of current Covid situation, Please guide me for this. Thank you in advance...
