Pain in right testicle when erect

During erection i can feel the pain on the right side of my testicle i felt this way back on 2014 from the time i got ghonorea but treated right away after that i started feeling this, the pain will only go away if i ejaculate, but now my doctor suspected that i had a prostatitis since my left testicle begun to ache.

Yes ur doctor is correct. U may have prostatitis. Follow his advice.
