Pain i right shoulder . Cant sleep on right side Frozen shoulder . Did physio 12 days. Heat pad 10 days. 5 days ice packs. Very less relief

Hello ...frozen shoulder takes time to get cure...take shoulder mobilizations and isometric exercise for 1 month with TENS for 15 min...do properworkout for u r shoulder....thanks
