Its 5.5 months after delivery I have pain only when sitting sharp pain in the circled region (right side of my lower abdomen) for a second like stich burning type of pain it gets solved after moving the legs or after walking. I used to have severe spasm in the same place during pregnancy and will resolve after taking dolo. Now I don't have that severe pain but for past 2 weeks having nagging sort of pain as described above. What remedy should I take to avoid the pain ?
