Pain in right foot

Pain in right foot while walking only. Yesterday ran half marathon and after that started getting pain in right foot only while walking.

apart from ligament injury as suggest by Dr lingayat I would add that march fracture or stress fracture is a common cause of foot pain after a severe bout of unaccustomed activity. please get an x ray done to make sure you do not have stress fracture. hope this helps. sharath

hello der after running for a long time without practice may be one of the cause or it may be due to ligament sprain...kindly give rest to the lower limb and limb elevation....if symptoms persist kindly contact orthopedician.
