I have been experiencing pain in my right ear. and I noticed that my right ear cannot hear well. There's no weird discharge or swelling, but it hurts when I stretch my earlobe. The pain covers the back and front of my ear

Do you have any recent history of ear cleaning?as per your description it looks like otitis externa.. need to be confirmed by otoscopy.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment..
