The lower portion of right breast is paining when pressed. I have done sonomamogrphy in March and everything is normal. But still y is the pain happening? Also pain is not related to periods as i have primary amenorrhea. What might be the cause of this pain only in right breast? Is it anything dangerous or to be worried about?

Get done TSH and serum prolactin level.In both condition also you will get pain in breast.Sometimes excessive work or exercise also causes it .Use pain killer tablet and ointment.Apply hot fomentation also.
