Pain in whole right arm especially shoulder and elbow and lower part. Unable to grasp objects and weakness. Pain increases during sleep. More than a year.

Hello... there may be some reasons... especially cervical spond/cervical PIVD/frozen shoulder...etc That lead to pain in arm & weak grip slowly. Better you should go for MRI of cervical spine and go accordingly. Regards.
