Initially there is swollen on pennis head and glans with sivere pain. After using antibiotics continuosly for one month pain reduced gradually and came to normal size. Suddenly one day there is a deep cut on corono glans which was scary. Later after antibiotics it got cured. Recently i got fever on the next day again pennis started swelling reddish on tip of head .again started antibiotics ontiment that redness became black patch and there was small cut on it. Pennis skin on left and right side getting harder. Which causes pain still. Please do help me.
