Respeted Doctor, please help what colud causes pain in penis when it is expandes and it hard to sit as under penis and anus also painful... Especially when it got expands.. Symotoms: 1.Extrem pain in under penis, Anus and penis.. 2. Feeling like motions and pain in penis while going for toilet.. Not able to sleep when penis is expandes in sleep its painful... Please help me what it could be and which specilist should i consult for this prblm..
