Hello sir from last some months i am having pain in my penis on all two alnernate days the pain stops only when i intake a pain killer.at the time of erection it pains more thats why erections dont last long..and while the time of erection penis is always downwards it should b in upwards direction so kindly help me out with the issue. Thank you
