There is pain in my outer ear. There is also a throbbing sensation along with a feeling of fullness. When taken a closer picture, it appeared something like this. The pain has started since yesterday afternoon.

Dear Pain seem due to infection and image does not give a exact picture wether it is a polyp or something else Please get a proper consultation and rule out cause of pain
