Pain in one breast

Respected dr, I am feeling slight pain while laying on my right side. My right side breast pains little when i lay on this side. My periods are about to come. But i am worried about that these are the symptoms of breast cancer also.. i have shared my pics . Please tell me what is it or why is it happening. This is happening for the first time. Please help. Thanking you in advance.

Pain in breast is common prior to menstrual cycle.but as it is happening first time so do your self breast examination after 3 to 4 days of period. Check for any lump and also check nipple discharge.
