It started with pain around my left nipple during winters 4 years back. I went to doctors & they physically examined me. They told me nothing to worry. Then after 2 years i realized that i have a habit of sleeping with my arm over my head so maybe that causes muscle strain. It helped for sometime. But now too my left nipple pains & around it, i can't sleep on my stomach bcz it starts hurting. Somedays i have pain throughout days which goes on till week. & now i have started having some inflammation in my left armpit too. I cannot use anything on my armpit bcz then it burns a lot. There are no lumps & i have very abnormal period cycle.
