Suffering from neck pain, feeling spinning in head like I m moving while standing and sitting, will fall. Headache and nausea also. Pls suggest is it cervical pain or anything else, what will the treatment for this problem.

Cervical disc diseases will have neck pain and radiating pain to both upper limbs and cervical degeneration will have neck pain and headache..spinning or the room around you spinning seems like vertigo ..pls consult an Ent specialist to rule out other cases
