Pain in neck, shoulder blade and left upper arm. Pain is continuing and is severe at times, also headache and nausea is present.

You may be suffering from migraines as well as neck muscle spasm. We need to investigate you for the same. Don't delay take ortho consult and start meds and physio according to his advice only. Investigate the cause thoroughly.
