Pain in neck behind ear and forehead

For last two days, I am having a slight pain like sensation in two places - one between my left eye and nose, just below left eyebrow and the other behind my left ear at neck region. I find if I sleep on left side or sit by bending on left side, the sensation is more than if I stay straight or on right. I work from home using laptop for 8-9 hours a day. Kindly suggest, thanks.
